Connecting My Story with God’s Story

Do you want to intentionally connect your story, in its everyday reality, with the stories God is telling in the world?

Sometimes our ordinary, everyday lives feel disconnected from what God is doing in the world. We want to love with the passions, influence, convictions, and gifts God has given us, but we aren’t sure how or where.

At Kaleid, we talk frequently about “embodiment” - how we use our physical lives to love well, even in the midst of shifts in how we see ourselves, others, and our community. But we often wonder, “What is mine to do?” and “How do I identify my next steps?” or “What does it look like for me to activate new ways of being in the world based on what God is up to in my life?”

Using the Kaleid lenses (Self, Others, and the City) and practices (Contemplation, Learning, and Embodiment) as a framework, we will integrate God’s work inside and outside of us.

This Circle is designed for women who want to take the time to prayerfully and courageously generate their own “next steps” for growth. Through group discussion and individual practice we will gain more clarity for how we each are uniquely invited by God to live faithfully, in our own bodies and in our own communities, today.

Dates: Monthly, January to April, 4th Thursdays 11 - 12 p.m. or 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
